Re: ARU Police loadout
Wow, that's really good. You look like the real deal.
I'm now inspired to try an ARU loadout.

Re: ARU Police loadout
Thanks very much. It's actually not particularly hard to put together as a loadout. But obviously the more authentiv you want it, the more it's gonna add up in price!

I'm pretty sure you'd swiftly shown the way off site if you turned up like that.
The best news is though I'm now booked in to do it all again at the end of may which gives me just over 2 months to add some more toys to my loadout

Re: ARU Police loadout
The police are one of several roles available. It's not airsoft as most people know it though. I think only a handful of people actaually even fired a weapon and non of those were the police.
It's a real physical and mental test though. I nearly did a poo when I had to go and get up close to the terrorists! An extremely absorbing game

Re: ARU Police loadout
Just a quick weapons update:
I was at Birmingham International yesterday and saw a couple of armed cops patrolling in arrivals. One was carrying an MP5 (some sliding stock variety) with an Aimpoint and full length 30 round mag (though no way of knowing how many rounds it had in it) and the other had a G36K with a full 20 round mag and a mounted ACOG.

The cheek rest can easily be fashioned out of a bit of balsa.
The laptop is mightier than the pistol.
