Shemagh, Cap Khaki/tan Shades Oakley or something similar. Pair of tan primark cargo trousers, (weathered) Throw in mud drive over them , wash them . do same again a few times. even take to beach and do same . pair of sturdy boots. rig wise you could get away with a chinese/Vietnam Ak chest rig, even an afghan AK chest rig. pistol wise add something rugid like a Viper tan one. M12 holster etc ,

they are a PMC as they talk about how much each of them is worth dead or alive and i doubt special forces would be payed for the job

im sure in the credits at the end it says there bounty hunters but i cant remeber

It does indeed say they are contractors in the credits.

And no SF units would not be paid a bounty for HVT's, they get a basic army salary the same as any other soldier.

Just watched the scene again and the leader (not the one you pictured but very similar) appears to be wearing:

Tan combats
Tan Blackhawk Knee Pads
Blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up almost all the way
Hatch Operators Gloves in Tan
A Tan Balistic Vest that looks very similar to a Bulldog Overt Low Profile Vest
What looks very similar to a BlackHawk 223 Chest rig in tan

Just out of curiosity . Why does the guy HAVE to be SAS. The guy asked for help with the particular loadout. However whatever his or her background. The kit speaks for itself. I have seen Kit locker. and the guy who was leader was british was he not , the rest i thought where mixed in there nationalitys . I could be wrong. However still goes back to why the thread started what kit would i use ?
