Tbh mate, its the same as normal soldier, just alley and scruffier!! I havnt mixed with PF for a while now but they may have taken on paraclete stuff but i doubt it as it comes from the brigade buget nowadays.

Re: Cheap and Cheerful Pathfinder loadout
Its normally a tan baseball cap, shemagh scarf, the standard British Army brown under shirt with a warrior or similar for a rig then desert 95 trousers with Black Knee Pads and desert boots. This is what they where for Afghan anyway.
Hope this helped

Baseball cap - Wouldn't it be more likely to be a Mk7?
British Army brown under shirt - Wouldn't this be an MTP UBACS?
Black knee pads - Some form of tan/coyote brown/multicam instead of black, surely?
Desert 95 trousers - Again, wouldn't this be MTP?

You will find most of the info you need in there.
I current PF loadout would be quite hard as they all seem to be wearing the new Osprey (MTP one).
I suggest looking at a 2008/9 era loadout:
DDPM Smock and Trousers
Tan WAS Compact
MICH 2000
L119A1
Or
DDPM trousers
Brown under armour shirt
Para Helmet
Blackhawk DDPM Plate carrier
L119A1
L85's look ok but it just ends up looking like a geardo squadie.
If you have an L85 an SFSG loadout is easier.

The Pathfinders don't use Multicam they are similar to the SAS their individual soldiers pick what they want to wear and interestingly enough they don't use Multicam the majority pick ACU or Desert DPM

Re: Cheap and Cheerful Pathfinder loadout
Ideally you want to be using a L119A1.
