Afraid not, apparantly there were some produced in standard DPM, however i have never seen any, and certainly not in black. There may be someone out there who has painted one but they were not produced by the maker. However there are plenty of black MOLLE vests on the market for cheap.

Spray paint, it has a polyester base so will be a bugger to dye, if it is anything like the body armour

I was talking to a guy who sells these at a market stool in my local town, and he says that people who want them in black soak the vest in salt water before dyeing it.
I'm not sure how well this works, if it all but he was fairly convinced...

There is a few DPM ones hanging about in the deepest darkest store rooms but there are no genuine issue black osprey vests. I'm pretty sure you can get a copy of a HK site or the bay?
