MTP UBACS question

Hi all, Bought a ubacs off here, waited like 2 weeks and its finally arrived, should it have pads in?

UBACS' are initally padded along the arms and shoulders, yes.

The pads are just a bit sh*te. It should come with them but almost everyone (bar RAF Regiment/FOBits etc) remove them prior to wearing.

they can come with or without ..well they come in if its new but most remove them as they can get in the way especially if you want to roll the sleeves up.
