is there a replica MK6 helmet

hey guys as the title says just wanting to know if there's a replica MK6 helmet out there any where had a quick look but didnt come up with anything reason why is when doing airsoft dont really want to carry around a big lump on my head for the day :D

Im not sure about mk6 but if you take a mich 2002 replica and cover it with british helmet covers it looks very similar to a mk7. hope that helps

As far as i know, no one is making any repros/copys of the GSMK6 helmet. After all, at this moment in time youll find hundreds of the real thing all over ebay and militeria shows ranging from £5-£20. Withams auctions has large boxes of them at £5 each last years war and peace show. So you should find plenty about for sale without to much of an issue. Hope it helps

i wear a mk6 and its not a big lump at all gets a bit hot after a bit but u ant out there all day and they are really cheap to buy

Just thinking you could "swiss cheese" it to bring the weight down by about half and be more vented?!

Interesting fact, the Mk.6 is actually made from Ballistic Nylon!
As to whether it's drill-able, no idea...maybe.

Question is why would you want a replica? The real ones are cheap as it is (£15-25)

my MICH 2000 helmet is kind of like the MK7 so it dont look to bad....
