Re: Australian Sasr
Now with added AUG!
New trousers on the way, should be much much nicer than what I have at the minute. Photos when they arrive.

Re: Australian Sasr
Realy nice looking Auscam load out mate , but my first thought was nothing particularly SASr about it (just personal take on it) . Just looks like a generic Australian defence force soldier .
Here's a realy good sorce for info on SASr load outs (old&new) I used it a lot to work on mine (I'm more of an early 0's desert auscam fan) ;

Same as Roxy and a few others going for a more SASR inspired, rather than a downright carbon copy. I'll take a look at your link, could find something interesting

Re: Australian Sasr
Didnt realise id met you on saturday Crasstoe. Did you get your Aug sorted out in the end? Was in two bits when i saw you at lunch.
Working on an SASR loadout at the moment. Have my Platatac DAX and the SMAC and CUTS are on their way. Just deciding which primary to go for. Likely a CQBR.

Yea turns out the motor contact had worked itself loose. A dab of solder and its as good as new. Did mean I got to stretch the G36s legs to much satisfaction in the Police Station... Until I took a 103rd M203 to the face that is!

Re: Australian Sasr
Nah, not him... Although he was quite keen to run into the open he seemed to be hit and turning back with reasonable frequency.
The worst guy had a bolt action... At one point I politely reminded hi that you couldn't use them indoors (he had both hands on it and his pistol holstered) he gave me a load of grief centered around "Are you a marshall, what business of yours is it?"... He was then caught attempting to use it within buildings and MED twice more, chrono'd and then ejected because it was hot.
When it was found to be hot he said "that's your opinion isn't it?"... Needless to say he was told to fuck off by the marshall team.
It irritated me because I wasn't trying to gain any advantage over him in the first place, just trying to make sure safety rules were being stuck to, just like I would if somebody's eye-pro was off. I didn't realise you had to be a marshall to give a shit about the rules...
