juggernaut vest layout help

juggernaut vest layout help

im after doing a juggernaut layout but cant find a vest that would be fit for the purpose. im not after the full on boom gear but some think like the one used in army of two with the a collar,shoulders and groin cover. anyone know of any ??
i was thinking of using police riot helmet and a m249 para

Flyye MTV looks better than an OTV, more expensive though, and you'd have to get arm/groin armour seperately.
