BF3 Russian Engineer

Sorry, this aint a 'look at ma loadowt, so ossum' thread. More of an info thread, in case anyone stumbles over here and wants to know how to re-create this badass looking loadout.

So the list appears to be:

MCU 2/P gas mask
Balaclava
AKSU w/ Kobra red dot
RPG-7
Gorka-1 jacket
Les/ VSR trousers
Black leather gloves
Any old boots
Dump pouch
Nerpa SPOSN MOLLE Vest Base (pic below)
SPOSN pouches:
2x AK pouches on Molle vest
2x grenade pouches on Molle vest
3x grenade pouches on Molle belt
2x grenade pouches on trouser belt
1x larger pouch on Molle vest (not sure what this is, probably large utility pouch)

I put together a loadout based on the RU Engineer as I agree it's a damn fine looking loadout. The MCU-2P looks hard as nails and is probably the coolest looking face protection for CQB you could lay your grubby mits on. I was looking at some of the other items I might need so nice one for the information.

Yes, out of all the gas masks available, id say the MCU 2/P is certainly one of the best for airsofting. The screen it comes with as standard is a soft plastic one which makes the mask flexible, but it scratches easily. However, the hard-plastic screens you can get for it (they come in clear and tinted) that sit infront of the soft plastic screen are great for making the gas mask usable for airsoft, as they're shatter proof, and the mask itself is very resistant to fogging.

I have one in my swap thread (shameless plug) please forgive The ballistic lenses are perfect for airsoft as you say and the tinted lense makes they look very intimidating and the whole mask feels very similar when wearing it to paintballs Dye i4 goggle.

You lucky mother-trucker! I really love the look of it, it just looks so cool and space-age. If i had any money right now, id be tempted to snap it up and make my own BF3 Engineer loadout. Until then im just stuck providing information

I have pretty much everything I need to do this loadout. Since I'm in Russia, might buy another pattern Gorka.

Expect pics soon when I go to the next game. I think this is gonna be awesome.

Had a portable torch in the works, too, but my friend threw out the one he forgot he promised he was going to give me. And no RPG. But hey, should still be awesome.

I promised, so here it is.

Weapon isn't correct, but I own an AKS-74U, it's just being worked on at the moment.

Cheers. It's an MSU respirator, same one the Russian engineer uses in BF3, just in black.

MSU Respirator ? Any more details / pictures of that mask, Kamarov? My google-fu has come up dry concerning an MSU respirator, I had always thought the Russian Engineer's headgear was an MCU 2/P
