Er, looks like he has a bit of tape on his Osprey, can't see any flecktarn.

I thought the solid blocks of green were the tape, as they are slightly shinier than the black/brown/lighter green bits.
I'll see if I can find any better pics.

Is it just me or are they not actually wearing Osprey's? Looks like some crappy imitation to me, certainly doesn't look like an Osprey Mk2?

You could be right, they do look a little off.
The cheapest course of action would probably be to get an osprey, and modify it accordingly.
I'm going to have to make alterations to it anyway, as I can't find any for a fairly small-chested man.
The areas I've noticed are the bits closest to the neck, and at the back.
On the real thing, there appears to be an extra bit of fabric, which they may have removed.
And at the back, the pocket for the plate spans the full length of the vest, whereas on a real osprey it doesn't.
The more I look into this loadout, the harder it is to find the right stuff.
First the camo, now this.
EDIT: After a few quick searches, it looks like they are wearing an osprey mk1, and not a mk 2, as previously thought.
But it still may be modified.

Yeah that's what I've noticed. The cut around the neck seems wrong. Also the shoulder sections seem to be double layered and the zips are different. The ones in the show seem more heavy duty than the zips on both the Osprey Mk1 and Mk2 that I was issued. Mine came with a really thin zip, kind of like the one one the CS95 shirts.

Re: Bluestone 42 loadout?
The only thing now would be to try and contact someone in the shows prop department.
But I don't have the time, money or energy to devote to that just now, so an osprey will have to do.

It essentially identifies the bod who deals with devices etc in EOD.

Re: Bluestone 42 loadout?
Crye have finally released pictures of there 4 new camo's. Ironically the Tropical one uses a colour ( or color for the yanks ) pallet very similar to Bluestones Dodgy MTP!
The laptop is mightier than the pistol.

Re: Bluestone 42 loadout?
Speaking of their dodgy MTP, I may have figured it out.
http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/produc...oducts_id=1781
As we can see, tru-spec's ACU shirt doesn't have velcro above the pockets.
And As we know, the shirt that bluestone 42 wears doesn't either.
In the pic they have on zero one it looks like normal multicam.
But,
In this picture of a BDU shirt, the camo looks awfully green
I will continue to investigate further.
As for the load out, L85 is going to wait until at least christmas because I can't throw £400 at it just now,
MTP UBACS, Mk6 helmet and osprey should all turn up either in the next few weeks or again around about christmas time.
I am on a dreadfully low income just now and the main plan is just to get out and play airsoft again, haven't been in a few months now,
