If im correct its a FBSE us woodland molle vest?, then acu, tan boots, pasgt helmet. am i missing anything...

Yeah, its an OTV, without the groin protector, and I do believe its a MICH 2000.

its not a FSBE as there are no wire mounts on the collar pillars,
it looks like either a OTV or maybe a compact of some sort

It's definitely an OTV, as the US Army does not generally issue FSBE vests, and certainly not to EOD teams. Also, you can tell by looking at the MOLLE loops (or absence thereof) on the back of his vest.
As for picking one up in Woodland, your best bet is to just get one of the eight million Chinese ones off Ebay, to start out with. They are decent enough to hold up for airsoft and look the part.
Otherwise, if you want a real one, hit up the US Ebay and have a look there, and hope to find one that they can ship to the UK. Be prepared to spend several hundred dollars though; ironically the newer UCP ones are significantly cheaper.
