Should be fairly easy to recreate:

Black hoody
White decorator's mask
Green jacket
Tan/CB Viper LA Special Forces Vest with extra black pouches added to the belt
Grimey white jeans
Dropleg/thigh holster (couldn't make out what (if any) pistol is used
Kneepads
Skate trainers
AK varient with two mags taped together

It looks good, I like it.
