Black ops machete

Sup guys,

I'm trying to find a machete sheath that is similar to this one.



Obviously i won't have a real machete, i'll probably make something from wood and paint/varnish the handle. But i was wondering if anyone knew where i can get one similar to this, i have googled machete sheath and been on the bay of e but im not sure what would be right to choose.

You can probably get some leather scraps cheaply off the online auction site and make one if you have real trouble finding a sheath, it doesn't look like it would be that hard to do. You'll need a big old needle though, not just a normal sewing one.

Failing that, try looking up LARP weapon sheaths. Heck, if you get a LARP dagger or similar you could have a weapon that's safe to stab or smack people with if you get the chance too :D

Thanks for the advice. I've gone and bought myself an actual machete and my friend is going to cut off the blade so it's blunt and is safe. It's never going to come out of the sheath anyway so all is good, and my site owner approves. Thanks guys!

What i did notice is that Tackleberry from Police academy 1 unpacks it when he first goes into his dorm at the start of the film...it looked identical

so the real deal does exist!
