MGS Genome Soldier

I got a FAMAS and a Mk 23 SOCOM recently and thought about trying a Shadow Moses Genome Soldier kit for winter if it snows again. Anyone know what chest rig they use? It looks like a black ALICE rig to me. Also anyone got any thoughts about the snow fatigues and winter jacket?

From the concept art it does appear to be Black ALICE webbing (well ammo pouchs, belt and Y harness) So that should be pretty easy to sort out.
They are meant to be elite US troops so I would imagine a white M65 BDU set and parka would be the best bet for the clothing.

The webbing looks very similar to the US Gulf War-era Y harnesses (I have an OD one, looks identical from the front at least). Not sure if this is the same as the ALICE webbing previously mentioned.
