Are you looking for a Russian vest? The only one I know that is designed to fit stanags is the Splav Tarzan M25B

Begadi and asmc have German fleck-d vests that will fit STANAG mags if you want (I don't know how much it varies from Sever however.) Otherwise you could just run a coyote/tan plate carrier.
