If you're finding it hard to find an english site that sells Russian kit, I know a few. Can't post them on here as that's against the rules. I can probably send them in a message if you're interested.

Browns always good as noone can tell when you are scared.

I like TTSko, even though mine is a ukranian copy, so a bit greener than the Russian original.

That was an AKM, and you don't have the AKM's slanted muzzle brake.

                      Re: 70s russain soviet loadout

i am going to get a AKM now its full metal but plastic furniture rather then wood of the cyma 47 i was looking at. so i will have to get wood furniture

stupid questom though AKMS take the same mags as 47s? better to ask than waste money
(i am pretty sure they do there the same camber/gun but updatad)

In most cases 47 mags will fit a 74 and vice versa.

However, the AKMS does indeed take the 47 mag, as both real steel are 7.62x39. Early AKM used metal AK47 mags and later changed to the Bakelite mags. Never seen any 7.62 Bakelite mags though, only the 5.45 74 ones

There's a time limit on editing, just a heads up the mods may remove it and you may get a PM from them. I'll keep and an eye on the place myself as I'm after the same but I fancied the CYMA as my RPK is made from my old Cyma AK47 and it been the best AEG I own pus that's the AKM with solid stock the AKMs has the under folding stock.
