do you get more propane than green?

My last 400g can of propane lasted me about 10 months of skirmishing and lots of plinking in between. It's safe to say you get a lot more gas for your money compared to a 1100ml can of green.
There's also the safety bonus you get with propane. Thick steel cans with over pressure valves vs thin aluminium cans with no safety features at all.

Re: propane adapter
well a g19 mag holds 19 rounds
i get 2.5 mags per fill.
and each fill weighs 8 grams
so (400/8)X(2.5X19) = 2500 bbs for £10.98
