its normally attached to the triangular front site off an M4

I think it is just called an End Cap or a Handguard Cap

ive got my sopmod, its front wired,ive replaced the outer barrel with a dytac,as i want to remove the triangular front site and replace with a ris gas block and folding front sight,so how do i hold the hand guards on as i didnt want to dismantle the original front end of the sopmod

yeah your right its called a handguard cap...and basically i just need to buy one, and probably screw it onto the gas block...cheers guys
