Zero One's Two-Tone Painted Pistols?

Can anyone tell me what Z1's UKARA compliant GBB pistols are like?

i.e. where do they apply the paint?

My brother is considering buying one as he isn't registered yet but he will be in the future and he would like to convert it back to it's original state at that point.

So do they paint the entire pistol or perhaps maybe just the slide?

It would be a nightmare if they paint everything as he would have to source all new unpainted parts when he's finally registered.

He was after a Glock so in that case I assume just the slide?

Also is it done fairly professionally? i.e. paint not splattered everywhere, smooth paint job?

Yes, they do a very good job of it.

But the paint they use tends to flake off after use.

Specifically a glock, they'll strip the sights off, mask areas off ect. Not a sloppy job at all.

yea all my guns i got from z1 have been done well and ALOT better then the skots did

I have to say that they do a good job with the painting, and there quick about it, ordered on the monday had it by wednesday, so you wont have to wait 7 - 10 days as a few places ive seen say it'll take.

Fabio, you got Nergals autograph!, very jealous! Ive only seen behemoth twice tho. :P

As for the two tone guns, i wunder what paint they use, that drys so fast, if a gun was orderd monday and recieved the wednesday.

Krylon dries in 15 minutes and there's lots of different colours available so it's probably something like that.

at the devildriver concert behemoth suicide silence, trigger the bloodshed and malefice were backing up and i only really went for behemoth and suicide silence, i bought a behemoth shirt and got it given to me :D.
zero one may also have some pistols which have been painted in the past.
i ordered mine on the tuesday night recieved a email saying it has been sent on the thursday and recieved on friday. good service to be honest and good painting it doesnt flake or anything
