    Got soaked at Eversley in June and it works fine.

    Some poeple said it was excessive but i stripped my gun and dried EVERYTHING

        It's possible the MOSFET could get enough voltage to turn on if it's not sealed enough. Salt water would be worse in that regard, but then that would be bad in general.

        If you get salt water in your AEG, strip it and rinse it with fresh water as soon as possible, then dry it and hope you got to it in time to stop the corrosion.

          Mosfets will not work unless waterproofed in some way, water will short out the connections. Also don't use your wet hands to pour bb's into your mag. The water transfers to the bb's and causes them to fly everywhere.
