Acronyms

OK guys here goes this could be a long thread.
I love reading through most of the posts on here but even I get a little confused with some of the acronyms that are used today for all the kit that is out there, & to be honest theres LOTS of it so i wonderd if we could put as many as we can togethere: First the acronyme then the meaning. heres one to start off.

A.L.I.C.E = All purpose, Light weight, Individual, Carrying, Equipment.

MOLLE- Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment
FPS- Feet Per Second
M/S- Meters per second

Another commonly used one being
SHTF- well really? Defication hits the ventilation

P.I.T.A. = Pain In The A$$.
E.g. " opening an aeg gearbox can be a real P.I.T.A"
This one got me very confused when I read how the dIffIculty of opening a gearbox could be compared to a type of Greek flat bread

ACM = All Chinese made (Just a generalisation of unknown make items from china)

CQB = Close quarter battles
CQC = Close quarter combat
FIBUA = Fighting in built up areas

FISH - Fighting In Someones House
GASH - something of poor quality
6P's - Proper Planning prevents Piss Poor Performance
EFI - Expeditionary Forces Institute or Empty Fooking ISO
POETS - Piss off early tomorrows Saturday
PONGO - Where ever the Army goes the Pong Goes!
