My favourites are:

Shotgun - Benelli M4 Super 90

Assault rifle - H&K G36C or an AK47

Sniper rifle - H&K PSG-1

Pistol - Magnum Research Inc. Desert Eagle

Revolver - S&W M500

Support weapon - RPK

SMG - H&K UMP .45 or a P90

Have to agree with the PSG-1, Benelli M4, G36c and Desert Eagle

But my favorite are..........

Shotgun - SPAS 12 or the Benelli M4

Assault rifle - Scar L and H, G36 family, XM8 and the G3a3

Sniper rifle - Barret M82a1, PSG-1 or the SVD

Support weapon - M249, M60 or the Browning M2HB .50 cal

Pistol - Desert Eagle or the mk23 Socom

SMG - P90 or the MP7

Very unoriginal, but the MP5 series. Just for the sheer number of variants, uses, users, mods and it looks sexy!
