    I'd of gone with 4 to 5mm or get 2 sheets of 2mm and have some design then press the lot.

      At the Ground Zero Weekender, they just used some ~3-5mm MDF sheet, painted in gloss and had the number written on in permanent marker, if that is of any help.

          Woaow.. thats extremely quick Sparrowhawk! Thansk mate!

          3-5mm MDF? Then 2mm PVC should work. We are just looking for something safe, tough and simple to use. Which can be easily manufactured in large supplies.

            If it helps, coloured duct tape is the norm at my regular site.

            Colours we usually use are blue and red, for a regular day, and sometimes we'll also use white and yellow, for special/themed days, such as taking out VIP's etc., who will have the white tape, while the bodyguard teams have yellow.
