Right i know its fine for non ukara registed airsoft players to rent guns from the site but would it be okay is they brought a gun but the aeg never left the site. So is got locked away intil they needed to use it again. Just wanted to know your point of view on it.
Cheers

I'm don't want to sound mega negative but surely they can't buy the gun in the first place?
Edit: Depending on age?

No, they can't buy it.
Some other player can buy it and lend it to the underage person for games.

UCAP do a rent to buy.
The person sent a specific (i.e only they use it) AEG X times and it's their as soon as they are a legitimate skirmisher they can do what they like as it is theirs. Until such time as they are able to avail themselves of the specific defense it is the property of UCAP

The UCAP scheme sounds like the perfect solution. It stays legal, encourages people to stick to the law, the site can make a small percentage (while avoiding wear and tear on their rental guns) and people are encouraged to keep at the sport as they have something to look forward to.

No, but it wouldn't be your gun. Not until you qualify for the defense.

Re: Rent storing blar blar blar
Here is how it works, bare in mind we have a secure bunker that we hold the keys for so nothing will go walk abouts:
After careful consideration, you tell us which gun you would like to rent. Say you pick a Classic Army m15 CQB.
They retail at £350 inc battery. You pay us £350 for EXCLUSIVE rental of the Gun, it remains Crackingday Ltd's property and in our control. It will be stored in it's gunbag in our locked store. When you wish to play, you call us and it will be charged and ready to go when you come to play. You pay the standard walk on fee (£15 evening or £25 full day) and use the exclusive gun you have pre rented, no-one else will use it as you have exclusive use of it. When you have gained membership (3 games in nlt2m OR reach 18+3ginlttm) we are legally allowed to sell you the RIF. The RIF you will buy is the CA m15 CQB which because its an ex rental we sell on for £1 and you have first refusal on the gun you have been using. At this point you will be allowed to take your gun home as it is now your property.
No need for 2 Tones whatsoever!
