ICS L86 Upgrades...

Hi, i just want some advice on upgrading an ICS L86 to achieve greater range mainly but accuracy too. The only decent TBB out there are either 590mm or 650mm so which one should i get? Also any advice on upgrading the piston, cylinder and hop unit etc. would be greatly appreciated. I've seen some talk on here of people fitting bore up kits but i dont know what type to get as in M4/M16 or Aug or Sig? All help will be welcome so thanks
