  • Guarder prescription goggle inserts

So on Sunday I borrowed my mates Guarder glasses/goggles over my prescription sunglasses (which I use as they are low profile to my face). The fit was good, and I found clear glasses better than mesh goggles that darkens my already dark sunglasses.

The guarders have a clip on nose piece that allows prescription lenses to fit in. Perfect for me.
I bumped into a guy who was using the same, who said his high street optician made up the lenses to fit the nose piece. Unfortunately he paid £80 just for the lenses.

Does anybody else use these and bought from online glasses retailers for cheaper? There are websites that offer glasses and lenses for £10... But i'm looking for a retailer that i can send the nosepiece to for some lenses to be made up!

Not exactly the same but I got my prescription lenses made up for my ESS's done by specsavers, cost about £30 quid or so for bog standard with no fancy coating etc.
