i was just wondering what make of gun you guys use??

i have an ics m16a3 and i love it!

Depends which one.
Pistols TM all the way, aeg's Classic army (decent one none of this sportline rubbish)
Sniper rifle used to be tm but soon to be star/ares.
I think over the last 6 years I've been airsofting the majority has been TM thats pistols aegs etc but I really don't think its that simple probably the tm range was the most dynamic and cheap (before china) however I have had an sa80 (star) which was fantastic and my most reliable aeg was a very old ca mp5.

You're missing G&P which are very popular on here.

I have

2 x ICS
1 x G&P
1 x CA
2 x TM
2 x A&K
1 x JG

ICS, up to now (18 months) by far the most reliable. I've had issues with all the others: G&P Gearbox, CA Tappet Plate, TM Gearbox, A&K box mag, JG had one that never fired

Not really.

I use JG, cheap and chearfull, had no porblems whatsoever with my MP5SD6 or my bar 10. As for pistols its KJW, TM are just too expensive.

My MP5 is a bit of everything!

Cyma front RIS, KA Silencer, Systema GB, ICS metal Body, TM Grip & Stock, madbull barrel & G&P motor!
