ok guys im in a real dilema :P

what shall i do with my money which i want to spend on airsoft.

i either spend a LOT of money on my tokyo marui m4a1 and upgrade like hell as it needs a lot of work.

or buy a bar 10??

i have like 150 quid to spend on this.

Buy a JG M4 and upgrade it slightly.
If you buy a TM M4 with plans to upgrade it your just throwing money away.

i had virtually the same dilema, but i decided to go for the upgrages, with 150 quid you could easily get, tight bore barrel, new hop up unit, metal piston, teflon cylinder, metal cylinder head, and still have a bit left over!!

In that case get some metal bushings, m100 spring and a tight bore barrel and put the rest of the money towards a BAR-10

erm.. why does the TM gun need lots of work doing?

they perform better than any gun out of the box, with amazing range despite slightly lower fps, good rof, incredible reliability

They perform just as well as any other gun out of the box with adequate range for their fps, average rof and good reliability as long as they have the new type outer barrels.

Adding metal bushings will mean you can happily use most batteries without fear of the nylon bushings warping from heat build up or wear from over use. Adding an M100 spring will up the fps to around uk site limits and a tightbore will add slightly more long range accuracy.

no my tm needs work as the fps is 240 and range isnt good at all

if you just want to get rid of the money you could give it to me or some other gent i'd get the tm reliable but you could save up a lil more and get an ics witch just s***s on tm in every way

true, a bit of looking around and a bit more saving could mean you can get a much superior gun to your TM and the bar-10

In my opinion ICS cant be compared to TM (TM p*ss all over ICS).
Shizz, you M4 does not need work, you are expecting to get far better performance out of it than it is capable of.
It is shooting around the 40M mark, and didnt it chrono at 320 last EAG game ?
