Classic Army MP5s and their lowers
18 April, 2013, 19:00
Hi guys,
I have the A5 model of the BT-MP5 by CA but the selector switch broke by shattering in the middle of the rod that connects the two together.
Its a naff design and extremely flimzy meaning im having to constantly see to the grub screw to keep it locked and tight.
I would like to change to the A2 lower as im told its a much better design and far more sturdy.
Is it a straight forward swap or are they designed differently?
Thanks guys.

Re: Classic Army MP5s and their lowers
have you tried threadlock on your grub screw?
If you use blue thread lock (middle strength I believe) that should hold the grub screw.
can't help on the other thing sorry I'm an ICS mp5 user.
