Do m4/m16 mags fit in g36 mag pouches and if so, how tight/spacious?

Hi All,
As the title suggests I am looking for this question to be answered as I am planning to buy a plate carrier that comes with g36 mag pouches. (m4 version carrier out of stock and looks slightly different in colour).
Thanks in advance.
Nam'Nut.

G36 mags fit quite well in my double M4 mag pouches so presumably 2 mags per pouch.

Yeah a STANAG magazine is about half the width of a G36 magazine, so there would be enough space for 2. My double G36 pouches can hold 3 STANAGs, 4 at a squeeze.
