best 12g co2 cartidges?

i have heard that ther are good and bad co2 cartridges but no makes, what are the dest type of cartridge that i could get. i.e the ones that would last the most number of shots.

It's more about the seal on them rather than there being a problem with the C02 itself. I'm with jayzee, Crossman seem to consistently be good. Used to use them in my air rifles.Some websites seem to just sell them as 'unbranded' or whatever so if you're worried you're going to end up getting duff ones try going down to your local gun shop to see if they sell them for air rifles.

I also use crossman and they are better than a lot of others as the have lube in them.

Go with good airgun names like Crossman. They have silicone oil already in them apparently. The paints chipped off mines so can't really read what it says.
You can get boxes of 50 for pretty cheap off fleabay
