M4 confusion...

Right, so i was given a tokyo marui with a dodgy gearbox, rough m16 upper receiver and lose barrel. All of these have now been resolved, but...
i have no experience with M4s. im wanting a rail sleeve for the top and silencer... can anyone offer a hand for finding the right pieces..?
