Best way to post a rifle?
18 February, 2010, 14:24
Hi Guys,
I've used PF before, but I heard someone say that they are scanning their parcels so it may cause some issues?
Who have you used to send rifles that has been reliable?
I have a quote from PF to send the PSG to belfast for around £20 tracked 1 day, sounds good to me, but I want to make sure it gets there in on piece and doesn't get held up.
Cheers,
Steve

ok cool, it is a big heavy 4 foot long rifle though
Did you get PF to collect yours or did you take it to the post office?

Re: Best way to post a rifle?
I posted a gun to Northern Ireland not long ago. Just took it to the post office and got it sent 1st class recorded. Arrived the next day with no problems at all. Just make sure you quote the buyer's UKARA number on the outside and it should sail through.
