Looking for recommendations of where to get a replica Cobra Red Dot for my ICS AK.

Get a real one.

Have you got the AK side mount? my ICS didnt come with it, but I think thats because mines is the AKS74U

PM sent regarding replica.
Id love a real one one, but they are very difficult to source and vary wildly in price when they do pop up.
My mate saw one and paid 80 quid for it, I saw one a couple of days later and it was going for 170 quid, since then I havent seen one.

Real Kobra's come up every now and again on ebay. Considering the price of the "clone" and the real one you cant really deny going for a real one.

Theres a few different rusky RDS though, and you could always go for the PSOP type for that 4x magnification.

Failing that an RIS side attachment thingy and fit whatever you want on.
