JG Ak-47 tactical Rail System Reciver?

Hi, i have recently purchased a scope mount for my Ak, but even though the rails are in the middle it is still too away to use my ACOG (too far away for my eye sight, i can't look through the scope) i have heard that their are some type of full rails systems that are built-in the AK reciver? is this true? and if so where could i buy one? (i tried to google it but no luck).
