will i be able to fit a acm/cyma ras kit to my ics mp5sd5 if not dose anyone know were i could get one that dose fit the SD model

Probably not, the ICS guns are awkward with furniture fitment.
As for where, well, Id say a brush up on the rules of the forum will be helpful in this matter.
So its either Zero one or google.

section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.
