CASV Front Sets
24 February, 2010, 18:39
Folks,
Very much like the look of the new CASV front sets- and am considering getting one to replace the front of my M7...however it only has a seven inch barrel and the only ones I can find seem to be 370mm, which is double that...
help?

Re: CASV Front Sets
compensate for that extra space, either buy a longer barrel or get a silencer that is thick which just stick out of the end of the front set

Re: CASV Front Sets
Yeah, I was initially thinking that mate, but then it defeats the point of a short weapon.

Re: CASV Front Sets
By longer Barrel or thick silencer I mean so it only protrudes from the front end by a couple of inches

Re: CASV Front Sets
I know what you mean mate, but the front end is seven inches longer than the standard M7, so perhaps its a non-starter, unless they start doing a short CASV set

Ahh I see where your issue is now, the only way around it is to get a diamond edged saw and cut off what you don't want

Re: CASV Front Sets
Cunning...might be the answer...either that or forget modding the M7 and build a new gun...
