he had an actual program where you could just type in the bb wieght and it would calculate fps conversions between weights and stuff like that

I do indeed have a program which sorts this out for you; however if it's a table you want, and you've got microsoft word; I used said program to produce a pocket sized set of tables for various site fps limits.
