Load the grenade up with BB's , fill grenade with green gas , insert into launcher and pull the trigger , simple as that !

Gas chamber.. fill this up, put BB's into the places. The m203 presses on the pin, it openes the valves.. the gas flies out out where the BB's are located..

Then you hear a "manly" scream from the person you just owned

probably stating the obvious but in case you didnt know; airsoft UGls work more like massive shotguns that shoot 30 - 200 bb's at once as opposed to an actual grenade that explodes on impact.
One team to rule them all, one team to find them, one team to bring them all and in the darkness of the night battle own all the Deltas. BRAVO HOORAH!

The "Grenade" stays in the launcher, just explodes 100 odd BB's out the front with a fairly short(ish) range.

I used to think (a rather long time ago) it shot the whole thing :D

You can still get rubber 'slugs' for them. Hurt like feck when they hit you!!

Range isnt brilliant - great for room clearances, but not much else in my experience.

Ok, so good up close only. Which is the total opposite for the real thing! Sounds ok for urban though.

How effective are the rubber slugs? Do sites treat them as explosives (everyone is killed within a * meter radius) or just deadly projectiles lol?

Most sites I've played at ban rubber slugs during games.
Their insurance covers them for people shooting 6mm bbs at each other. Not 40mm chunks of rubber.

airsoft grenage lauchers are a pain to use, all that effort and there gone in a second
