Hicap broken?

I was playing today and my hicap made a wirling noise, then now doesn't wind bbs to the hole.

Any ideas what could be wrong with it?

i take it it's an m4 mag , remove the screw from the bottom and remove the inner plastic part, did a small star washer drop out as well? the spindle of the winder/spring part is held in place by the star washer and they sometimes come loose allowing the spindle to come out and release the spring.its either that or the spindle has broken where the spring goes through two slots in the spindle to secure it and the plastic on the sides breaks off so that winding does not engage the spring, if that's the problem then the mag's a gonner .
