Although you probably could get one that small it wouldn't last that long, they are about the size of a rugby ball.

I've recently switched to HPA and have to say that I personally find it to be a lot better than AEG's, It solves the majority of issues that AEG's have and isnt mechanically backwards but does provide its own problems such as cost, for anyone saying about the time it takes to dissconect the hose from the gun - its just as quick as unclipping a sling from your gun.
One thing I can say for certain though its that HPA by far out performs gas guns with not a huge deal of price diffrence.
