Re: Threaded barrels and tight bore barrells.
Threaded barrel means its got a 'thread' on it for attaching silencers, suppressors, loundeners, flash hiders "and this is for shooting down police helicopters".

And its an outer barrel, not an inner barrel like a tightbore.

Re: Threaded barrels and tight bore barrells.
In my opinion (read my review:
http://www.zeroin.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7815
), TK Twist Barrels are VERY good. I've managed to achieve 200'+ chest groupings with JUST 330fps. I'd say that's pretty good for a TB...

Re: Threaded barrels and tight bore barrells.
I've also heared good things about rifled inner barrels.
Also its been noted that once you go past the 330 - 340 fps region they become much less effective.
So sub 350 try a twist, anything above that and I'd stick with a tightbore.

Re: Threaded barrels and tight bore barrells.
Which TK Twist Barrel do you buy? Well what rifle do you have (would be your answer)?

Re: Threaded barrels and tight bore barrells.
I've seen no
evidence
that a twist barrel is better than a high quality tightbore. No one has ever presented anything other than unproven theory and opinion.
Go for a prommy 6.03 and you wont be disappointed.
