Some kind of aimpoint compact or M2 or T1 sight for a scar... what the US special forces use - that or an Elcan Spectre sight

A good combo would be something like I have in my opinion a acog for those longer precise shots with a RMR at the 1 o'clock postion for the up close cqb and snap shots

That is a good set up in any gun, you can also get offset rails to mount a red dot too. In reality you don't need x4 zoom in airsoft but if you want it, have it. You can also use eotech sights.. Just look at some pictures of scars and choose what you like the look of! And whatever you decide to do, just spend about £30 and you'll have something decent!

Is it the SCAR L or SCAR H ?

On the H The visionking 1.25-5 x28 looks awesome (like on the pic of my 417 below)

In the L I've always liked the look of the EoTech and a x3 magnifier. On a FTS mount.

Have a look in the SCAR thread, see what you like the look of on them... I always liked Eotechs and T1 ona high mount...

Whitetail Classic, 1.5 - 5 also.
Use mine across the board, real fire, air rifle and atop of my L129A1.

Whitetails in 1.5-5 20 are starting to get scarce.
Not too big sat on top, especially something that will be used in cqb. Tend to look straight over the top in kill house.
And with 5 x mag that's generally ok in the field.
