fsbe molle

hi i have had a bulle fsbe for 4 months now i have just nostsed the velcro and molle on the inside like neer where the bulle tag is what is it for i cant find any info on it

I've got one of those vests too and IIRC the molle on the back of the neck is to attach a neck protector and the velcro is to close it.
There is also some molle on the front at the bottom which is for a groin protector.
