Don't know if the majority has seen this before and I'm late to the party but I'm liking the look of this. Apparent release dates after a quick trawl are estimated at being 'in the first season of 2014'.
I'd be tempted to have a look but since GHK has a rather lovely looking M4 on the way I'm a bit torn myself. What are your thoughts? I'm a sucker for M4's... yet I've never had one.

KWA are the only company who PTS have used gas internals for before aren't they?

Interesting to see that it still has a very magpul-esque stock even if PTS don't do anything magpul any more... I think I'll wait for the GHK

I think this is a KWA system on the inside. Not too sure though.

Looks like a real one to me, Battle arms selectors afaik didn't think there was a GBB version and KWA's are altered in such away that RS parts aren't meant to work with their GBB's to keep the ATF happy.

It's an LM4 internally.

The stock in those promo pictures (at least the one most prominently featured) is a RS Magpul MOE Fixed carbine. The PTS gun will ship with a standard crane stock based on what they're showing at the HK toy fair.

No, the same system but in new externals most likely.
Will be priced the same as the magpul pts edition.

The LM4 was a gun I was after for a while, then I gave into GHK and their AK range. I'll probably pick an M4 up soon enough

The system never received much after-market attention and that coupled with the already extensive adoption of WE/WA/KJW GBB M4s meant that when the LM4 came out it received a lot of good press but few people actually bought them. Primarily I'd imagine because those who wanted such a RIF had already gone for one of the many current market options which already had lots of parts available and by that point they were thoroughly tied to that system by their purse strings. As with any product, the fewer people buying them the fewer there are giving them reviews on forums/youtube etc which leads to even fewer sales. I think some of these new LM4 models from PTS alongside the additional parts will spur more interest however, time will tell.

R.e. the Battle Arms Selectors they're another new PTS product, coming out for the KWA and WA/WOC systems.

TOBI - crusader made them "Crusader Modular Ambidextrous Selector for KSC M4"

I have the AEG version on my M4 :D

I think the PTS just went up for sale in Asia.... $480 I believe
