Re: Cyma Ak47
Fantastic value, my bro got one for £90 3 years ago. Still running even now. Not had to go into the gearbox at all to do anything. Granted the stock, frontsight, fake barrel rod, rear sight adjustment lever all fell off during those 3 years but come on, its an AK, thats what they do =].
Anyway, we're both very happy with the rifle but ive seen the new version's they've got out now and they look even better. You may get the odd lemon or poor performance one but then again it is a chinese clone.

Re: Cyma Ak47
I've had my one for a good 3 years and it hasn't let me down once. I cannot honestly list one bad thing about it.
If you are going to get it I would highly recommend fitting a 1joule spring (£10) and buying a better battery (£14) after you've done those two things your sorted.

Re: Cyma Ak47
Personally (and this is coming from a CYMA AKSU owner) I'd go for a Kalash, unless it's an AK47 you specifically want

Re: Cyma Ak47
I've had a kalash AKS-74U where the bottom of the motor cage sheared right off under normal use. I did'nt drop it or anything like that it just sheared off while i was firing. Could have been a freak problem though.
