I appreciate you offering this service, but those are pretty dodgy in places. What's going on with the line thickness and curvature at the bottom of the 'G' in the GLOCK logo? Unless they've changed it, it ought to be composed almost entirely of straight, parallel lines. The horse in the Colt logo's all over the place, too, and the text is block/outline when it should be line-engraved...

The equipment looks good enough, but where are you getting your vector files from?

That's what I thought, too. There's a reason I had to hire a graphic designer to do the logos for my SOPMOD; although it wasn't very expensive, it wasn't free because it isn't as easy as click and drag with the rather complex rampant colt logo. The GLOCK logo on the other hand is readily available as a .svg; I linked it above if anyone wants it.

These are mock pieces, the'yre not perfect in any means but they are just *mock* pieces. I should have made that pretty clear when posting them.

Again I emphasise that they were *mock pieces* that didn't even take me 5 minutes to vectorise and engrave. I found those trademarks and images online, vectorised them, i then did no further work or improvements with the vectorised image and just engraved it onto some cheap plywood. This would explain the flaws and bad quality you pointed out. I would also like to mention i am training to do this sort of this as a proffesion and I use the machine on a daily basis. I am in no means perfect but hey, who is?
Usually when I am asked to do some work such as a logo or trademarks for a customer I will spend around a day using my software (no, its not illustrator) to make sure the image is 100% perfect and identical to the real trades on the real steel rifle/pistol/ whatever.
Recently i was asked to engrave some noveske trademarks onto the magwell of a WE M4, the customer did not want any other work done, just the magwell. It took me around a day to produce the trademarks and then get the correct measurements on the magwell. It then took me a further 3 hours the next day just to engrave them on as i did this process as slowly as possible so there were no issues. This was the result:
