a&k wierd hop rubber

ive noticed that on my a&k masada that the hop rubber is vastly different than that fitted to other makes i own.
if you look inside the rubber it has a moulded lump with a split down the centre which sits in the barrel cut out but is pushed down by the standard hop lever/ nub setup ,what is this type of hop rubber called and does anyone do a replacement of the same type

I have the same thing sitting in my P90. Seems to work fine, but no, I've not seen one before. Might replace it with a standard TM one though.

Seen it on firefly hop rubbers for VSR's the theory is i applies the pressure (and hence backspin) more evenly to ether side of the bb instead of just the top (ish).
