Maruzen L96 bolt pull

Hey guys just looking for some input.

Bought a second hand maruzen type 96 on here which came with some spares etc including a spring now I put It in and tried it out it was too powerful like 560+fps powerful and an absolute b***h to cock so much so I have a bruised shoulder because of it.

I'm not weak by any means but I don't need it to be the powerful and I want it to at least be reasonable to cock for a day of skirmishing.

What spring would you recommend to keep it under 500fps as I'm sure even under 500 would be a lot easier on my shoulder.

It currently has (by looking at it)
Laylax Teflon piston
Laylax 3 element piston.
9mm spring guide
Pdi hop up
Madbull tightbore
