Hi all
Got a rifle sent from overseas but the doofus who packed it managed to not put my name on the box and also completely failed to copy my UKARA number properly. Long story short, customs huckled it about 8 days ago and after much trawling got the Customs Seizure Team direct phone number and email;

Now I don't feel so badly treated! Thats crazy! The guy told me yesterday it could take up to 20 days though! When he heard the sharp intake of breath he hastily added oh but it will probably be much faster than that! I get the feeling there's about 3 people in a warehouse with a mountain of shonky parcels to mine through. Spare a thought for the poor customs clerks...poor sods!

that's proper pants waiting that long, the last stuff I got from china was longer than that they had begun to send it back when I got in contact with them they had forgot to send a letter to me and had to go back to international hub to dig it back out for me, I understand they get loads of stuff but they never get those charges wrong lol
